Wellness journal


I chose a pink theme for my wellness journal because pink represents compassion, calmness, and self-love—everything I want this space to encourage. It creates a soft, welcoming environment that makes me feel safe to be honest with myself, whether I’m reflecting on a difficult day or celebrating small wins. Journalling itself is an important habit because it helps clear my mind, process emotions, and track my growth over time. By combining daily and monthly pages, I’ve created a structure that supports both consistent reflection and bigger-picture thinking, allowing me to better understand my wellbeing and stay connected to my goals.
